Customer service duties include answering phone calls and customer inquiries, scheduling service calls, acknowledging and responding to customer’s concerns, facilitate communication between the customer and service technicians, participating in regular training in order to have a knowledgeable understanding of the products we use, communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary, provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, conduct follow ups with customers and technicians, ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Administrative duties include assisting with billing tasks, receive shipments and deliveries, provide support for technicians in the field, maintain customer database, provide support with building efficient routes, create work orders, maintain physical and electronic files and complete various projects assigned by the office manager. Reports to office manager.
